A 4-year-old girl plight has left people outraged after photos of her badly bruised back went viral  online.

According to the social media user who shared the story, she was brutally flogged by a man but didn’t say the little girl’s relationship with the man. The Twitter user who shared the story said she was flogged because she misplaced the new slippers bought for her.
